The Health Benefits of Whiskey

We continue to see articles that first talk about how bad drinking alcohol is for you, then we see another article that seems to be the complete opposite.  Town and Country posted an article that I would like to hang my hat on, since it allows me to feel less guilty about drinking my whiskey.

6 Surprising Ways Whiskey Is Actually Good for Your Health

Wow – this article is telling me that whiskey will make me less crazy, gives me more antitoxins than red wine, good for my blood and lowers my chance of a stroke.

Of course, don’t let this go to your head and start downing glasses tonight to toast good health. They always mention that it is best to drink in moderation, which is about one drink.  So – cheers to good health, but don’t overdo it!

It’s interesting that you mention that drinking whiskey can lessen your chances of having a stroke. I want to make sure that I don’t have a stroke in the future, so I’m thinking about buying some whiskey to drink on occasion. I’m going to look for a good business that can sell me some whiskey.
